The two small villages of picturesque Broomfield and flourishing Kingswood lay below the North Downs and to the south-east of Maidstone, the County Town of Kent. The parish is within the Maidstone Borough Council area.

At the heart of Broomfield village is the 13th century Church of St. Margaret. Kingswood village has a Post Office and Local Store, a well supported Village Hall, a Sports Field all with a thriving community spirit.  For more information on the history of the parish and two villages please click here.
