Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee held in the Car Park at the Sports Field on Monday 8th December 2008 at 10.0am.

There were no member of the public present.

Cllr Hendy opened the meeting at 10.0am.

PL205-  MA/08/0868- Apiary Business Park, Kingswood – Erection if a new building to house and operate bio-mass electricity plant (Amended and additional information)

Councillors reviewed the amendments’ and additional details submitted with this application.

Councillors noted the change to the area from which the wood supply is to be sourced but offered no additional comments.

There was no further business; Cllr Hendy closed the meeting at 10.20am
