The following Planning Applications will be considered:

(i)      MA/08/1174 - Nine Oaks, Lenham Road, Kingswood – removal of Condition 2 regarding the restriction of permitted development rights

(ii)      MA/08/0995 - Burr Cottage, Gravelly Bottom Road, Kingswood – installation of two dormer windows

(iii)     MA/08/1245 - High Trees, Gravelly Bottom Road, Kingswood – erection of a single storey front extension

(iv)     MA/08/1227 – Land adjacent to The Ness, Chartway Street, Sutton Valence – erection of a field shelter and store to replace temporary shelter for keeping alpacas

(v)     MA/08/1338 – Cherry Tree Farm, Cross Drive – erection of a two storey extension and erection of a detached replacement garage with domestic gym in the basement
