The following Planning Applications will be considered:

     
(i) MA/09/0348 – Great Ivy Cottage, Broomfield Road, Kingswood – erection of a first floor rear extension

(ii) MA/09/0354 – Land between Elder Close and Charlesford Avenue, Kingswood - amendments to MA/08/1425 being changes to Plot 1 to include a single storey extension

(iii) MA/09/0394 – Rose Cottage, Chartway Street – erection of a two storey side extension and new dormer to rear (Re-submission of MA/08/0678) .
