The following Planning Application will be considered:

(i)      MA/09/0163 – Chatelet, Broomfield Road, Kingswood – erection of a two storey side and single storey rear extension

(ii)      MA/TA/0063/09 – 3 Kingsbroom Court, Broomfield Road, Kingswood – an application for consent to carry out various tree work within woodland south of 3 Kingsbroom Court, all trees protected by Tree Preservation Order No. 32 of 2002.
