Draft minutes - to be approved at the next meeting

Minutes of the Planning Meeting of the Parish Council held at the Sports Field, Lenham Road, Kingswood on Tuesday 31st March 2009 at 10.30am.

PRESENT: Cllr B Hendy (Chairman) Cllr M Biggenden Cllr M Fitzpatrick (3)

There were no members of the public present

Cllr Hendy opened the meeting at 10.30am

PL.276 MA/09/0348 – Great Ivy Cottage, Broomfield Road, Kingswood – Erection of a first floor rear extension. Councillors voted unanimously to Approve this application.

PL.277 MA/09/0354 – Land between Elder Close and Charlesford Avenue, Kingswood – amendments to MA/08/1425 being changes to plot 1 to include a single storey extension. Councillors voted unanimously to offer No Comment to this application.

PL.278 MA/09/0394 – Rose Cottage, Chartway Street, Sutton Valence – Erection of a two storey side extension and new dormer to rear (Resubmission of MA/08/0678) Councillors voted unanimously to Approve this application.

 

There was no further business; Cllr Hendy closed the meeting at 11.05am
