Minutes of the Planning Meeting of the Parish Council held at the Sports Field, Lenham Road, Kingswood on Thursday 20th August 2009 at 10.0am.

There was one members of the public present, no questions were asked

Cllr Hendy opened the meeting at 10.05am

PL.93 MA/09/1220 – The Finches, Chartway Street, Sutton Valence – Planning application to increase the number of permitted tents from 10 to 20 including associated works. Refused

PL.94 MA/09/1266 – Coppice, 4 Chestnut Drive, Kingswood – Planning application for erection of a single storey front extension.  Approved

There was no further business; Cllr Hendy closed the meeting at 10.20
