Minutes of the Planning Meeting of the Parish Council held at the Sports Field, Lenham Road, Kingswood on Tuesday 14th July 2009 at 10.0am.

There were no members of the public present

Cllr Hendy opened the meeting at 10.05am

Apologies for absence from Cllrs Biggenden and Coleman were received.

PL.68 MA/09/0888 – Rose Cottage, Chartway Street, Sutton Valence – Erection of a two storey side extension and installation of 1 no. rear dormer window plus alterations / extensions to garage and alteration to driveway.

Councillors agreed unanimously to approve this application.

There was no further business; Cllr Hendy closed the meeting at 10.15
