NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL

I hereby give you notice that there will be a Meeting of the Broomfield and Kingswood Parish Council on Tuesday 16th February 2010 at the Village Hall Car Park, Gravelly Bottom Road, Kingswood, commencing 11.0am.

The following Planning Application will be considered:
(i) MA/09/2288 - Leeds Castle, Ashford Road, Hollingbourne - works to shop including single storey rear extension, disabled access ramp and entrance extension, conversion of ticket office to coffee shop and change of use of coffee shop and toilets to new staff room and relocation of Lych gate.
(ii) MA/10/0043 – Land East of Morry Lane, Morry Lane, East Sutton, ME17 3DP– Installation of a 20 metre high monopole incorporating 3 no antennas, 1 no. 0.6m and 1 no. 0.3m diameter dishes, radio equipment cabinet, electrical meter cabinet and ancillary development within compound surrounded by 1.8m high chain link fencing (Renewal of expired permission MA/06/0822)
(iii) MA/10/0143 - Nirvana, Broomfield Road, Kingswood - Conversion of flat roof over dining room to a balcony/terrace through the introduction of railings.
