Minutes of the Meeting of the Planning Committee held in the Car Park at the Village Hall on Thursday 16^th August 2007 AT 7.30pm.

Present:

There were no members of the public present

Cllr Coleman opened the meeting at 7.30pm

The following Planning Applications were considered:

PL 71.  MA/07/1491–Orchard Farm Nursery, Chartway Street Kingwood – temporary planning permission for the erection of a mobile home for a period of 3 years relating to the horticultural nursery (Resubmission of planning application MA/06/1922 for the erection of a detached house and garage) –                refuse for the following reasons:

(i)                   The Parish Council is opposed to development outside the Village envelope.

(ii)                 This application refers to the potential for a permanent structure in the future.

PL 72.  MA/07/1602 – Cherry Tree Farm, Cross Drive, Kingswood  - erection of a double garage and link building.

       Approve

There was no other business; Cllr Coleman closed the meeting at 7.50pm
